Due Diligence
In addition to the Due Diligence group you typically use, we can assist in a 3rd party capacity. With extensive building envelope analysis performed in the past, we can help you strategize findings, capital planning, and dissect the hierarchy of necessary or possibly unnecessary repairs or renovations due to your hold period. Our goal is to assist in the efficient allocation and management of your resources to maximize the returns on your investment. This additional due diligence reporting and joint planning, coupled with the contracting, management, and execution of the work itself is our investment in your success, and our promise. Let us pitch in with ownership (and asset management) to set up realistic initial budgeting and timetables for capital projects, deferred maintenance items, major projects and loan schedule requirements.
Financial Modeling
Our financial modeling services provide comprehensive insights into the sometimes complex financial aspects of multi-family, low-income government, and ground up build projects. Project Management
Our experienced team offers end-to-end project management services, overseeing every aspect from inception to completion lead by our seasoned project managers spanning nationwide. Paul Arthur (Partner/President-East): Serves as our President (East). Mr. Arthur provides full oversight of all Capital and Construction from Texas and points East. Mr. Arthur brings to the table a background in Accounting and Structural Engineering which set the stage for his 30-year career. His career is comprised of firsthand knowledge within every facet of both the residential and commercial building industries including plan development and past ownership of residential building and commercial engineering firms. Mr. Arthur transitioned into multi-family with a primary focus on management 16 years ago and has continued to provide clients with guidance throughout the industry, while returning top tier ROI and satisfaction to clients Nationwide.
